Follow Exchange Rate

On the Reference Exchange Rate new-record form, forexRateFollowRun is triggered automatically when the drawer opens in create mode (no record), to obtain the default rate-source mapping; it is not called in edit mode. No data/params are sent; the request body is confirmed empty and only triggers a query.
