Reexecute Financing Interest Delta

The in-row "Re-run" button on the Error Entries list. It is actually the same back-end interface /billing/financing/delta as "Financing Interest Error Handling" (financing_delta.json under the Financing Interest Statement directory); the front end merely calls it through a separate wrapper mistakeWaterFeeDelta, and the re-run scenario mainly passes delta_id.
