The approve/reject action in the "Execute" drawer on the Corp Action Management list. active=1 (ActiveApprove): transfer succeeded && instruction collection succeeded && registration succeeded -> pending execution review; active=2 (ActiveReject): pending execution review -> registration succeeded.
